Quick-frozen filo dough börek with cottage cheese filling.  Böreks are delicious baked filled pastries made of a thin flaky dough. They are very popular in the cuisines of Western and Central Asia, and parts of Eastern Europe.

Suitable for oven, grill or microwave heating.

Can be served hot or cold. Serve as a side dish or main course.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Consume hot or cold - reheating Instructions:
OVEN: preheat oven at 180-200°C and bake for 8-10 minutes, ensure product is piping hot before serving; MICROWAVE: microwave on full-power for 3-4 minutes, ensure product is piping hot before serving;
GRILL: place under a pre-heated grill for 3 – 4 minutes, ensure product is piping hot before serving. Alternatively, defrost in a refrigerator, serve cold and consume within 72 hours
