Our Organic Vegan Whole Wheat Macaroni is made using European Durum Wheat, which makes it perfect for all those wholesome & homemade pasta dishes.
Our whole wheat macaroni is superior to the commonly-available white macaroni. Our whole wheat macaroni contains the hull so is higher in a range of nutrients. Whole wheat can also be referred to as ‘wholemeal’ or ‘wholegrain’. It’s a source of vitamins and minerals, and a natural source of protein and fibre too which may help you to feel fuller for longer.
Macaroni cooks quickly and is perfect for a diverse range of traditional and plant-based sauces and is great in oven baked pasta dishes. Our macaroni is great for use in vegan dishes, baked goods, vegetarian dishes, soups, Asian-style cuisine (Singapore noodles, Thai noodles, Chow Mein, Vietnamese dishes, Ramen)
It’s perfect for cold summer salads as its refrigerated holding qualities are excellent are 5 days – ideal for summer socials!
This whole wheat pasta cooks similarly to traditional white pasta but adds to the nutritional content of the dish.
