WHEAT flour, water, buckwheat flour (11%), WALNUTS (6%), WHEAT gluten, palm and rapeseed oil, salt, citric acid, sugar, yeast, corn starch, vegetable protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural colouring (E160a), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin and (E471).

Cooking instructions

Defrost before baking for 15 - 20 minutes; once defrosted, place on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 180 - 200°C for 12 - 13 minutes.
