These vegan croissants are an ideal alternative for vegans who are on the go or don’t want to miss out on the simple pleasures of enjoying breakfast or snack time with their loved ones.
Ready to bake individually frozen 90g uncooked rolled croissant pastries. For optimum product performance defrost / rest for 30 mins prior to baking. Ideally spray croissants on tray generously with water then place in a pre-heated over to bake for 12 – 13 minutes or until risen, flaky and golden brown.
