The Method

  • Cook the Wellside vegan burgers as per the instructions
  • Now it's time to prepare your buns; toasted or raw they work great!
  • Get your vegan mayonnaise and mix in a small dish with Encona spicy sauce; the exact proportions are based on how spicy you like your food. Apply liberally to both sides of your bun.
  • Slice your tomato and onion; stack onto your bun with the avocado, salad leaves and anything else you like!
  • Assemble with your burger patty, salt, pepper and enjoy!
